What is PFA?
Peflon PFA stands for Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane, a fluoropolymer with properties similar to PTFE. It is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether. With high purity, chemical resistance, and outstanding electrical properties, it is commonly used for fluid-processing equipment and flexible tubing.
Forms of Different Perfluoroalkoxy Polymer
Peflon provides various forms of perfluoroalkoxy, including PFA resin, PFA powder, and PFA liquid.
All Grades of Different PFA Material
Peflon provides a variety of PFA grades to meet your requirements.

Manufacturing Process of Different PFA
We have professional manufacturing processes, ranging from extruded PFA to injection-molded PFA.
Feature of PFA Polymer
Our PFA is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and perfluoroethers, with high purity and low stiffness.
High-Temperature Stability
Semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, chemical processing, medical devices.
Exceptional Chemical Resistance
Resistant to virtually all chemicals, including strong acids, bases, and solvents.
Flexibility & Transparency
Ideal for tubing and linings.
Non-Stick & Low Friction
Excellent release properties and low surface energy, similar to PTFE.
Excellent Electrical Insulation
Suitable for wiring and semiconductor applications.
UV & Weather Resistance
Stable under prolonged exposure to sunlight and outdoor conditions.
Purity & Biocompatibility
Used in pharmaceutical and food processing applications.
Thermoplastic Processability
Can be molded, extruded, or 3D-printed — unlike PTFE, which requires sintering.
Applications of PFA
PFA can be used in many applications due to its versatility, such as films, sheets, tapes, membranes, and more.
Why Choose Peflon PFA Chemical
How We Produce PFA Plastic
Using melt-processing techniques — injection molding is a common method, ensuring consistent quality and fast turnaround.
Certification & Approval
ASTM D3307 · D2240 · D3418 · D792 — standards that keep our PFA ready for global supply chains.
Related PFA Compound Products
Peflon not only provides PFA materials, but also a range of connected products — FEP, PVDF, PTFE, and PEEK.
FAQ of PFA Molecule
PFA vs PTFE
Choose PFA for processability and flexibility; choose PTFE for extreme durability or coatings.
FEP vs PFA
FEP is a cost-effective, flexible option for moderate temperatures, while PFA offers better heat resistance, clarity, and mechanical strength for demanding applications. Both are excellent for chemical resistance, but PFA is preferred in extreme conditions.
Packaging of PFA
PFA is packaged in 25 kg multilayer bags with an integral polyethylene liner.
